I ordered this bag several months ago and absolutely loved it, but there was a seam along the front of the bag that was unravelling. I thought about sewing it myself, but it was in a pretty tricky spot. I reached out to the company to see if there was a way to have the bag repaired. I received a very quick response (within hours) asking for a photo and order number. I provided both, and (again very quickly) the customer service person offered to send me a replacement bag. The bag arrived just a few days later! I have two Sherpani bags and I love them both. Now, I love them even more because the company provides outstanding customer service! I am looking forward to many more years, and many more bags, with Sherpani!I bought this bag to use on vacation, because who wants to carry a big purse around? Not me!! It had plenty of room to carry everything I needed - a small wallet, my iPhone 12 Pro max, and a bunch of other stuff I can't live without. Very comfortable straps - and they are removable! The long strap was great when I wanted to wear the purse as a cross body and the short strap, perfect for shoulder carry. The design on the purse is great, excellent material, great quality, very durable! LOVE this bag!!This purse has just what I needed-small, basic, comfortable, cross-body, lightweight style. I like that it has a small zippered outer pocket for a key fob, zippered inner pocket for other small items, and is just large enough to hold my phone, my glasses, and my wristlet-wallet. I’ve purchased several Sherpani products over the years and they don’t disappoint. Cute, simple, good quality.I like the purse but I didn't know that the outside zippered pocket would be too small to fit my cell phone. The phone does fit inside the purse, but I prefer a exterior pocket for quick access.It’s cute and the colors were nice but “small”is an understatement. My fault, should have looked closer. Just know that this is Tiny.I keep it in my bigger work bag so I can grab it when I only need my phone, keys, glasses and money when I run errands or go out for lunch. Perfect size for essentials.
