I’m on the fence where to place a 1-5 rating on this bag. It has potential to be great however the one I received has issues.First being the zippers. All but one are metal but they don’t zip smoothly. The zipper on the pocket in front (that has slit pockets inside for cards/license) is even worse as it isn’t sewn correctly which causes it to get stuck and not zip past that point. (See pic) I also had to snip many loose strings in the lining inside.Everything else about this bag is great. It is a nice size with ample room for what I like to carry yet isn’t overly large. There are 2 different handles to interchange that are adjustable in length. It is nice to carry on your shoulder and works great as a crossbody as well. The different compartments allow you to organize things nicely. It has a nice lining inside (once the loose strings were removed) and the outside material feels sturdy yet doesn’t feel too stiff.It’s just unfortunate the zippers are troublesome and the one that isn’t sewn in properly even more so. If the zippers were ok I’d give this an easy 4 stars, maybe 4.5. I’m on the fence of this rating 3 or 4 stars but will go with 4 hoping I received a one off that missed quality control.
